1. Какая версия RevEmu установлена у вас.
2. Где установлен RevEmu и к какой игре относится данные багрепорт? (сервер\клиент).
3. Содержимое Rev.ini (под спойлер).
4. Расположение оригинальных библиотекам steam.dll, steamclinet.dll.
5. Желательно использовать steamclient.dll с логированием и выложить rev-log.txt.
6. Установлен ли sourcemod. (Иногда виноватым может оказаться он).
7. Максимально подробно изложите какие действия приводят к той или иной проблеме

их удалил оригиналы, заменив их теми что из архива - путь c:\srcds\orangebox\bin
5. ----
6 + 7. ДА! SOURCEMOD стоит , проблема в резервных слотах ! Как только заменяются c:\srcds\orangebox\bin steam.dll, steamclinet.dll тут же начинаются проблемы со слотами.
Если не устанавливать эмулятор, то слоты скрываются все ок. Как только меняются steam.dll, steamclinet.dll - кол-во слотов не скрывается ! и тут начинаются приколы, с какого-то момента - ОТОБРАЖАЕТСЯ НЕПРАВИЛЬНОЕ КОЛ-ВО ИГРОКОВ НА СЕРВЕРЕ (В СПИСКЕ СЕРВЕРОВ). То есть в списке 20/26 а на самом деле играют 8 чел-к , если нажать подробнее то в списке РЕАЛЬНО ! 20 человек - но на самом деле они уже давно НЕ ИГРАЮТ . Список замораживается ! На линуксе все ок.
под списком ("КОЛ-ВО ИГРОКОВ НА СЕРВЕРЕ (В СПИСКЕ СЕРВЕРОВ)")имею в виду - то окошко в котором можно увидеть имена игроков когда кликаешь подробнее по серверу
