3. кто дружит с англицким может процитировать письмо на форуме стима /??? или еще как соообщить о них валве...

А ведь в советах по безопасности на сайте steampowered.com пишется...
Steam Support will not request your Steam account password for any reason, nor will you ever be asked to enter your Steam account password into a website form.
Служба Поддержки Steam никогда не потребует сообщить пароль вашего аккаунта в Steam ни под каким предлогом, а так же не потребует ввести этот пароль в форму на интернет-сайте.
