Don't work counter strike 1.6 don't licenced :3 fix

I read FAQ and all this 30 pages in this topic but i didnd find something what fit for mine problem :D ...so i have question :)

I download Cracked Steam version 31.07.2013 i install it and then when i press Next on last step it start updating steam...i hope thats ok ?

After that update i create new acc and then it opened normal steam(legit) and that confuse me. ...So i close that and try open Cracked Steam but nothing hapen.
I think i saw somewhere in this topic something about this problem but if somebody can help me to not search again :(

EDIT:i got now other problem after i lunch cracked steam i got error "Could not connect to Steam network" ...i saw also somebody had same problem but didnt saw solutions.
EDIT:Okay lol after i try few times i made it i open Cracked Steam but once i try download CSS(thats only game i want play :D) i got error "No Licenses" :( ...i will search now for solution i saw it somewhere.

1) Download CS:S manually.
2) After update, close a Legit Steam and run Program Files\Cracked Steam\GreenLuma.exe.

Ah i am sorry for boring you but can u send me link for download what i need because some links are not working :( ...and my internet is slow 80 kb/s so i need much time to download anything and plus if i download something wrong then lol i waste alot time :(.
I am already 6 hours here trying to download game

Can u please post a link for download CS:S manual...because i tried some links not work error 404 :(

So anyway these 2 links u give me on first link what exactly need to download ?
Archive or some of 5 filles below it ?

EDIT: Fille Counter-Strike Source Zip fille ...folder is invalid or corrupted :(

If u got any errors or just problems to say :) ...then just read FAQ first.
Mine problem is with "No Licence" so that mean i cant download CS:S ...so now there is some fix for that(weinstreizeR send me some links) but i have problem because some filles after i download them i cant open it say Invalid fille or corypted :(

Use WinRAR 4.20 or 7-Zip 9.25.

EDIT:Nop :(...i downloaded WinRAR 4.20 but i still cant open that fille >Counter Strike Source zip fille. Its on second picture with blue marked ...that fille i cant open its 37.2mb size.
Do i need that fille ?...or i need filles i marked red ?
